With the country in an unprecedented situation with the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and daily changes in advice for individuals, communities and businesses as a whole, we have made some important actions we want you to be aware of to ensure the wellbeing of our staff, you, our clients and families.
To ensure we are on the front foot we have made it possible for all of our staff to work from home with full functionality and necessary equipment to continue to deliver the high quality service Elect are expected to provide.
Where site visits are required we are following RICS guidance and Construction Leadership Council – Site Operating Procedures to enable project continuity whilst also adhere to Public Health England (PHE) guidance. Alternative solutions such as video calls and conference calls are also options and the technology is in place to work as necessary.
In order to maintain the greatest possible interaction with our clients, we are still available via all methods of communication, except fax and carrier pigeon, and in this unsettling time welcome the normality of tax and construction related discussions!
Finally, we want to reassure you that we will continue to assist in all aspects of your tax relief and credit claims at this time of uncertainty, when inevitably business disruption is of major concern and tax mitigation or refunds will be more welcome than usual.
